Angela Peters

Angela joined BBOT in December 2024 as Senior Vice President of People. Angela is a seasoned life sciences, pharma, and biotech leader with a track record of transformative HR management across a range of leading San Francisco Bay Area companies. Prior to joining BBOT, Angela served as Chief HR Officer at Nutcracker Therapeutics. She has held multiple senior HR roles across a number of life sciences companies, including Fluidigm, Pfizer (previously Medivation), Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Life Technologies. Her signature skillset is coaching and providing counsel to enhance effectiveness of senior leaders and critical teams, which she has demonstrated at a broad range of organizations during periods of significant change.
Angela holds a BS in Management from Notre Dame de Namur University.
